Hi, im from n.ireland but living in Finland til end of Sept. Been here since last October an I've jus started exante TS this morning. Done it 3 times before back home but always quit after 3 wks as I always gave in to temptation. Hoping I can last a bit longer this time an actually keep it off too. The weather here is fab an thers ice cream stalls EVERYWHERE so im gona have to be so strong! Hope everyone else starting this month is able to stay focused... Good luck!
