Exercise Challenge - October 2011

Set your goal for the month and update it as you go, everyone welcome to have a go :)

The 1st month I aimed for 5 minutes a day and did 11 hours, last month I aimed for 10 minutes a day and did 26 hours. This month I'm aiming for 15 minutes a day and we'll see how I do

I'll join again going for 55 hours this month... did 2 hours yesterday and 2 so far today of weights, resistance and wii....going walking later see how I get on, did 4 hours at breakneck speed on Friday lol....good luck all xx

30 mins on treadmill, 15mins on angrytrainer! Will post todays cycling when I get home, as I've not done the return trip yet!

Quick question? I climb on a Tuesday night, indoor wall, I don't continuously climb, up/ down/ up/ down etc. etc. etc.

I'm normally there for about 2hrs, what would be a fair time for actual exercise time?
I wasn't going to include this, but I suppose it is technically strength training, it does require a bit of effort to drag my fat ass up the wall!:eek: And normally end up sweating like Jacko's doctor!

I would have thought to make your best estimate and stick with that :)

Would love to have a go on a climbing wall sometime, not just yet tho :p

15 mins cycle to work... 1:45 cycle home, sort of went the long way! lol Up and over Portsdown hill and back! Nearly dropped off on the sofa 10 mins ago!

As you can see from my Signature below I have a minutes per week ticker, just thought I would point it out as it may be something people on this forum would find useful? I reset mine every monday.
 
October exercise challenge

I joined the "exercise September" but my internet crashed :cry:and it took virtually a month to sort it out!
So im back and here goes to "exercise October.. :fingerscrossed:
