I my other thread regarding the AAM wk you say to stay away from read meats why is this ? is ham ok like ham salads, chicken salads and tuna ect, i thought something like rump steak would be ok as it is low carb high protein, is it high in calories?
Red meat is higher in calories and fat Hun it's protein you want especially if your going up the gym the odd slice of ham should be ok but I tend to have chicken or tuna/salmon and lots of greens - no tomatoes! Also Helmans do a fat free vingrette dressing that doesn't effect ketosis which I put on said chicken salad lol
Sorry to gate crash this thread, but can I just ask why no tomatoes? I was looking on the Exante FAQ stickie and it lists tomatoes as ok? New to this and a bit confused!
