Hi, I've seen a few posts mentioning that too much exercise isn't recommended.
I'm on day 7 of TS 100%
and was hoping to start including some exercise in wk2.
Was thinking maybe 30 day shred or 20 mins cross trainer (that's sitting up in my room
)
Would this be ok? And why would exercise slow down your weight loss, as has been suggested?
