I do quite a lot of exercise/swimming etc., and last weekend I was just dead on my feet, as I think I've been overdoing it a bit. I actually felt quite ill . Gave myself a few days off and went back to Zumba last night. What a difference!! As I've lost a stone and a half I was able to throw myself about a lot more, had soooo much more energy and really enjoyed myself. Moral of the story = don't do too much too soon, but when you go back to it enjoy the fab feeling when you realise what extra you can do when some of the extra balast you've been carrying around has been shifted!!! Oh, and of course doing exercise produces endorphins which make you feel great! Bought myself a new top today to celebrate ... and it was a 16!
