I finally found some chicken sausages in Tesco on Monday - really looked forward to them, sad to say not impressed. But hey, Sainsburys finally came through with the Quark, it was there in my delivery, for weeks I've ordered it and it has not arrived.

I bought turkey sausages and mince from asda today, in the reduced section. I freeze the sausages in two's so its easier to get them back out of the freezer. So nice with a bit of dukan bread....sausage sandwich Hmmmmm

thats what i do with sausages even hubbys DF otherwise you end up stabbing the hell out of them trying to get them seperated lol
