Explosive Diarrhea!!!

Help me guys... day 10 and I have horrible explosive diarrhea!!!

Granted, the shakes I'm drinking are a few months out of date, because they are leftovers from the first time I tried to do this and fell off the wagon for a few.... *ahem* years....

My poor starfish is raw and to make matters worse I just started a big 500ml bottle of mint shower gel that makes it all tingly as well

I hope it has settled down for you by now!

I'm on the complete opposite of that effect it's like passing golf balls haha.

Maybe try a fibre supplement like fibreclear which will aid in bowel movements
