today is going ok, had to be up early to go food shopping and then to a dental appointment.

working another shift at midnight so i will have some cereal and milk then which will be my A & B for the day.
Bought loads of fruit & veg when i went shopping as well as lean meats, will pick up some fresh salmon when i go to town again on Friday
I must say getting back in the groove has been quite easy, but then I always say that if you are in the right frame of mind then half the battle is already won. I know my worse food enemy is bread, so it is banished from my diet once again, having dessert after dinner has never been an issue as i hardly ever had dessert anyway. I'm very much a savoury girl.
