I bet you enjoyed shopping for clothes in smaller sizes, good luck with the job. :)

Well I ordered most of the stuff in a 12 out of habit. I can't get my head around being a 10 as I've been a 12 forever! I need to try it all on still so I'll see if it all fits. The real test will be when I go jeans shopping...!

I've decided I'm going to eat SW in the week and when I eat at home, and then have what I want (within reason) when we're out at the weekend or fancy a meal out. I've been completely on plan this week and treated myself to a takeaway and a couple of glasses of wine tonight. I am feeling guilty about the Chinese though!

Food Diary...

Breakfast - banana, mullerlight

Lunch - 2 nimble wholemeal (HEXb), 2 tsps flora el (1 syn), 1 tbsp salad cream el (1 syn), 30g rf cheddar (HEXa), cucumber, lettuce, French fries (4 syns)

Snacks - carrot, sugarsnap peas, grapes, Thai mugshot (0.5 syns)

Dinner - Takeaway Chinese chicken curry w/ boiled rice, 2 char sui buns, handful of chips (seeing this written down makes me feel VERY naughty!!!) (LOADSA syns!)

2 glasses of red wine (more syns!)
Water
3 black tea
1 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)

Total syns = too many!!!

Argh feeling like a heffer after my Chinese. Not sure I'm ever going to feel ok about going over syns! Plus I ate way more than I needed to. :(

Oh and my Mum told me tonight I used to have a double chin!

1. I was not aware of this.
2. Why has this never been mentioned before!?

Why do people only tell you after you lose weight that you used to be fat? Why do people not mention it (nicely) at the time so you can do something about it? I didn't know I was fat until I lost weight. And tbh I never used to think of myself as fat when I was at my heaviest.

This was absolutely delicious. I covered the pork loins with herbs and garlic salt and fried them in frylight. I then used the same pan to fry the eggs. The smash onion rings were also really good so I'll be making those again! Mmmm

Yesterday was fine food wise but my OH and I had some good news to celebrate so we had a pub dinner. I had scampi and chips (quite a small portion) and a small red wine. Naughty but yummy! The rest of the day was completely on plan though so I'm not feeling hugely guilt ridden! :)

I originally had the mushroom and garlic pasta n sauce with spinach planned for lunch, but I made it with water and it was grim so threw it away and made do with a spare mugshot and some chicken from sainsburys.

Food Diary...

Breakfast - banana, activia 0%

Lunch - Thai mugshot (0.5 syns), half a pack of Sainsburys bbq chicken slices (0.5 syns), sugarsnap peas, carrot

Dinner... (updating from my phone so here's an attachment) For the burger I fried the onions before combining them with the extra lean mince. I also added dried herbs, garlic salt and onion powder and they were yummy! Not great with the SF but there are still vegetables on my plate ;)

It was disgusting! So bland! I was at work too so had nothing to flavour it with. I'll definitely not be trying those again lol! I'll stick to my Thai mugshots :)

That burger looks great. I'm definitely going to make a dinner like this soon. Maybe on Sunday when I am hungover, lol! I haven't really seen any wholemeal rolls around though!

They sell them in all of the supermarkets. Mine were from Tesco and there are 6 in a pack so I'm using the rest for my lunches this week.
