Breakfast - banana, strawberries, danio 0% (1.5 syns)
Lunch - chilli con carne (0.5 syns) w/ 0% greek and rf cheddar (HEXa), ww wholemeal pitta bread (HEXb)
Dinner - pan fried sea bass w/ paprika roasted potatoes, roasted tomatoes & garlic, 30g chorizo (2.5 syns), rocket
