thanks for this I'm definately going to give it a go. I dont go to group because we dont have them here is Spain so i think this website it going to be a godsend.
 
Tonight's Extra Easy SP Dinner
Chili Cup with salad & 40g low fat cheese (HEA). Used WW wrap for 4.5 syns or you could use a BFree wrap as your HEB choice.

So I've not got the hang of sp days yet.. Ive just had scrambled egg with mushrooms and bakes beans for breakfast/lunch.. Is this sp? Thanks :)

As long as 1/2 your plate was mushrooms its fine.
 
Have done SP for the last 4 days (I hope...) if I post my food pics could people let me know if I've followed ok?? If there isn't a breakfast pic I will have had a Hifi bar (B) & fruit (S)

Your meals look awesome hun plenty of S and P foods in there which is great. Keep up the good work xxx

Hey with those kind of results each week i would too xx i was gonna try it this week but i just cant allow myself no carbs and an extra hex so have decided to.wean myself onto it and cuty carbs by half next week so if it says 75g rice i will do 37g and so on x
 
My C emphasised tonight that SP is for short term use only, so if you're going to continue Natbat, make sure you have a second A choice or a yogurt every day. I did 3 days last week, plus another day that I counted as Red because I'd had a yogurt, and lost 3lb. That's not bad for someone who's maintaining but thinking about going a bit lower (I'm currently 1lb below target range)
 
I think people have gone silly over the SP plan.. I've read all over social media how people have driven themselves insane and made themselves so upset about the new plan :-\ because they've not been able to understand it.

I've always been a red day girl and I'm still continuing on with them and adding an SP day every now and again (like I did with the SE plan).

SP doesn't give you the full nutrients your body needs.. Hence it states on the SW website that if you do want to do more than a few days you should have 2 hexAs..
