Helloooo Diary!!!... I've done nothing today, was supposed to clean the house from top to bottom - nope!...was supposed to go swimming - nope!. I've hoovered and stripped the beds and done a light dust and I'm sitting here in me pjays feeling knackered....meh! Anyhow... Breakfast: nothing. Kids off for 2 weeks, so slept in. Lunch: nothing again. Feel so bloated...bluerrgh!. Tea: roast pork, broccolli and gravy and see how it goes. A) 350ml skimmed milk B) ummmmm *shrugs* Lisa x
Glad to hear you are sneaking a peek into welldom. I started sw today and it's been ok so far. I walked around the park at lunchtime and will go for a wander in a minute I think. I'm ok about my 'being good plan', I really need it. I'm so sluggish and feel about 100. Start weight 14-13. Will start a new diary when I can be bothered to log in properly as don't seem to be able to do it from app.
