Extra HEX at target?

Im struggling to keep in target at the moment, i keep slipping under it. I have already lowered it once and dont want to lower it again, i was talking to one of my friends who is an ex consultant and she said that when her members hit target they had an extra HEX B, my consultant has never mentioned this to me, so is it old advice or should i be doing it?

Yes you are usually given extra HEXes until you find a level at which you can maintain your target weight. You consultant should definitely have told you about this especially if you are not managing to maintain on the plan as you're using it now. Have you asked him/her about it?

Thanks, no my consultant has never once mentioned it, i will talk to her about it next week, is it an A or a B that you get extra?

I dont know, I've never reached target Both I expect, but I dont know for sure. Well done on getting to target!

My consultant says its the HEXb, she also said in class this week there will be a booklet coming soon for people at target, which is good as there doesn't seem to be enough support for you, when you get there. Hope this helps x
