Yeah... DQ I agree bout the biggest loser... I wanted Helenka to go! Ola worked sooooo hard and deserved it sooooo much more.

I have just watched it on +1...

I am amaaaaaaazed by her makeover.... her journey.... just everything... but I gotta admit it did make alarm bells go off in my head....

I am soooooo scared of ending up with loads of lose skin.... I don't know how I would feel to go so far (lose sooooo much weight and reach my target) only to be left still feeling unattractive and scared of other people seeing my loose skin.

I know in many ways loose skin is better than being overweight... but I dunno... It's set the mind ticking... I was always concerned with losing weight so quickly!

Well done Katie... you deserved it soooooo much! I wish you all the best with the rest of your life... I am sure you will live it to the full!

An inspiration to us all... I must say you look drop dead gorgeous

CD has given her the fantastic results she has, but all that was said was diet. They should tell everyone. shout from the roof tops.

I agree that they should have said, but it is Katie who gave herself the results, she simply chose CD as the diet to use...IMHO

..and here was I wondering if I was the only one feeling that way! Not sure what the answer is, am thinking I might have to do loads of exercise as I go - toning exercises .. but still.. I think there will be some still a-dangling !

I'm going to talk to my GP about it when I see him again next month - see if there is any nhs help with surgery if needed - if not I'm going fast track self-surgery OU course
