I wish I was, but I'm working on it!

So far so good today (other than the dashing out of the house without breakfast) - having some nice green tea and trying not to snack at the moment. 400 cals left for dinner tonight, so whatever happens I'll be well within 'budget'!

Weigh-in tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have salvaged this week ok :)
 
So, it's an official 2lbs down this week, which I'm chuffed to bits about. 3 more lbs to go and I'm at 12 stone exactly - I can see that's pretty close and it's giving me a bit of motivation to do a proper week on the diet.

Taking advantage of the gorgeous weather and heading out on the boat this weekend. Lots of chillin', a bit of MA work and a nice book ;)

I like rosehip tea with a pinch of chili when I get a cold - no cals, but really warming!

I'm still lacking in focus - a lot. 1lb down last week and 170lbs on the nose.

Going to try and do 5 'good' days on the trot to take me to Friday. With a bit of luck I'll lose another 2lbs by then.

I'm in trouble with my physio for not keeping up the routine over the summer, and everything's going a bit pear-shaped. I've got until the end of this month to get back into the programme before I'm checked up on again. I've got a good dose of guilt about it, but I need more motivation.

In other news, the eBay shifting of old clothes is doing well (even if I am a bit horrified about how many bits with the tags still on were lurking in my wardrobe!) £100 back in the bank from last week, and I've listed more stuff this week. At this rate I'm going to have a clean and tidy wardrobe!
 
Good morning Mrs M I'm with you on that one a good 5 day eating plan this week. Just think how much slimmer you will be by Christmas :) you will smash it no prob xx

Well, I'm back...

I've had a hideous year or so (lots of difficulties and stresses in my personal and professional life) and put some of the weight back on - although, thankfully, not all of it! I haven't done physio, and I've scoffed all sorts of stuff that's been really bad for me.

So, here we go again. I'm 2 stones down from my original starting point, but I definitely need a clean slate, so I'm starting from zero again. I have about 60lbs to lose for ideal weight, but would be happy with 3 stones or so, so that I was back to where I got to last time!

I'll start all the tickers going in 10lbs time (when I'm at a slightly more mentionable weight!) but will check in every day, because that REALLY helped last time. Nice to be back (although wish I was a bit lighter!)
 
Caz - thanks so much for thinking of me! Are you on Facebook? Easier keeping in touch on there in some ways. How's it going with you?

Nice to see you back Moog! Well, not nice to see you back in that you've gained some weight back (though well done not gaining it all) but good to hear from you.
 
You look like you're ticking down nicely. Good for you!

I'm back to Friday weigh-in, but will have done about 10 days by Friday, so I'm hoping for a decent one (2lbs off so far...) Cannot believe I let life get on top of me. Curses of comfort eating :/
