Well, I'm back...
I've had a hideous year or so (lots of difficulties and stresses in my personal and professional life) and put some of the weight back on - although, thankfully, not all of it! I haven't done physio, and I've scoffed all sorts of stuff that's been really bad for me.
So, here we go again. I'm 2 stones down from my original starting point, but I definitely need a clean slate, so I'm starting from zero again. I have about 60lbs to lose for ideal weight, but would be happy with 3 stones or so, so that I was back to where I got to last time!
I'll start all the tickers going in 10lbs time (when I'm at a slightly more mentionable weight!) but will check in every day, because that REALLY helped last time. Nice to be back (although wish I was a bit lighter!)
