ah well some of you know i went on holiday last week and i was really bad as far as ww goes and at WI i put on 6lbs! i really did eat what i want and i had an amazing time, knew i would pay for it but ive been working out like a freak the past 2 days (even went for a jog!!) and will be doing that for the rest of the week to make up for it! So sorry team but wow did i have a great week lol. Promise to make up for it for the rest of april :D x
 
glad you had a great time biker kitty. i always think if you cant eat/do what you want on holiday then wats the point in going on holiday? we only do it once a year :)
 
Great to hear your hols was fab BikerK. 6lbs not so bad it you say it quickly ;). I'm impressed with the resolve since you've got home - especially the jogging :eek:
 
lol i know, jogging and me in the same sentence without the words "does not do" seems a bit strange but it was really good and i actually enjoyed it strangely!
 
Its strange how I hate the idea of exercise and really will find anything else to do, but when I've done it I do feel better.

Have taken the bull by the horns and have joined a wii fit challenge for April:). Aiming to do 6 hours in the 2 weeks we have got left. Not a lot for some but a hugh step for me. Have started today and have done 17 mins which is good for me. Am aiming to do 15 mins a day, so hopefully a new habit by the end of the month.

How many people allowed in your team? I was in this team 2 yrs ago when it was team 4 and it was me that took the name from the Little Britain spoof slimming club. They liked it and it stuck. I'm here to lose the next chunk of fat.

Well done all losers

Well im not looking forward to weigh in this wednesday as on my scales they gained sts gained sts, and ive been blooming good, still on painkillers cos i darent not take them cos i dont want the pain im getting when not on them, but my mum said codeine makes you constipated and tbh i aint been for ages omg so if i put on i will be gutted but sts same as was sts last week, god i must be the slowest loser in the world and i dunno why grrrrr, not loking forward to my hossi appointment on 5th may, just hope they dont give me bad news cos im doing son's birthday party that night :(

Keep up good work ladies and i hope for half loss this week :D
 
Well done on the losses all. Jacqui, hope everything is ok with your health. Ity must be difficult with the sts when you are sticking to plan but keep plodding along and you will see the losses eventually.

Fell asleep in the evening - shocking ;) Not like me - slept until 4.30 this afternoon, my body is still recovering from night shifts only hope I will sleep ok tonight cos am on afternoons tomorrow.
