Team 4 FAT FIGHTERS! :)

Hi guys sorry hardly been on busy I lost a pants 1lbs I do lose sooo slow even with 7 hours exercise a week dont drive and 3 kids alone ???? I do think its 5 years of vlcd that have done it ......Had my coil removed last monday had my 1st monthly saturday forst time in 4 1/2 years :( so Hoping I will lose a little more next week? Im painting all week 4 hours today Big rooms so that may help?

Well done on the loss chick. The scales may not be registering as much loss as you'd like, but with all the activity you're doing you're building your muscles which in turn burns more fat! You can see you're losing from your pictures, keep doing what you're doing x x

Quiet here again, it looks like a lot of our team members are not posting their weigh ins - hope everyone is ok :)

I'm still plodding along and feeling strangely happy with life in general at the mo :D no real reason for this just a change in outlook, have decided if I dont like something in my life and can change it, to stop whinging and get on and do something about it. If I cant change it I have to learn to live with it as best I can - so far its working.

on that positive note am going to do something about my general laziness and am off to have a wii fit session - nothing too strenuous - dont want to overdo things and peak too soon ;)

Hope everyone else is doing well............

So far so good! I have been dragging out some activities to stop me feeling like I have nothing to do. had breakfast just after half 8, watched a film til 11, then came on the net to have a mooch about. I will have a shower in a bit before lunch too. I'm feeling peckish now but I only finished eating at 9 so I don't want to have lunch just yet, especially when dinner won't be til at least quarter to six!

I have a book I want to start reading but just haven't got round to it yet. Need to get through to the interesting parts so I know I won't be able to put the book down and hopefully time will fly. At least next week I have overtime at work so I'll have three days where I won't have an opportunity to snack in the day

god i feel awful ant been on for ages but i went on holiday and then ive been ill and everything haha but im slowly getting back to normal now if only i could get rid of this cold!!! grrrr

so my weigh ins for may are as follows:

week 1 - -1lb
week 2 - +2lbs (i went on my hols hehe)
week 3 - -2lbs

so im happy ive lost my hols weight and im back on track!!

will drop by soon ta ta for now

Fingers crossed for a nice 1.5lb loss next week! I'm lucky I get two weigh ins this month so I was optimistic with my goal, but I'm hoping I can get 4 of those lbs off in this first week.

Congrats on having a loss still, sasha. You had a massive loss last week, don't be disheartened you're doing great!
