Hello all,

right i have done my weigh in this morning, and after a week of going out for dinner, then going to an all you can eat buffet ( :S ) and pretty much not following plan on Sunday i have lost 1lb. I've been back on it since Monday and have been 100% good so hoping for a bigger loss next week to help my 8lb goal!!! so i now have another 7lbs to go to meet my goal!!! updated below;

I aim to lose a measly 5lbs! I had a week off last week because I had a bad stomach bug. Basically spent a week laying around, hardly ate a thing and I lost a tiny 1/4lb lol
