I'm re-starting after a very long break and gaining every lb back, My CDC is coming on Monday to get me going, I'm so excited and determined this time, I've had it in my head for a while but I wanted to make sure the desire to get back on it was real so I've left it for a little while, I'll set myself 21lbs for Feb seeing how I'll be doing my 1st week in feb Happy glugging all xx
My target feels piddly now haha! Oh well -2lb a week is good for me, don't want to get greedy lost 1stone in jan so those extra 8lbs will be fab if I can get them off!
