Thanks, I am determined to have a change of lifestyle rather than a diet. I am not counting calories, following the Extra Easy Sllimming World plan and making sure I walk at least 15 mins fast walk every day. Weather is rubbish at the moment so I find Leslie Sansone's Walk 2 miles on YouTube is really easy to do at home. I started off just doing half of it, now I can do all and have started using weights with it.
I developed high blood pressure end of last year, I am determined to lose weight, get fitter and hopefully this will sort out my blood pressure.(all under GP advice)
btw, cake was not part of the plan!
