Ok so I'm only on day two of STW.. the way I do it is:
Morning - Shake
Lunch - Shake
Dinner - Meal
Evening - Shake
Yesterday my first day I was absolutely starving. For the main meal I had a chicken breast which I 'stuffed' with an Laughing cow extra light triangle and roasted with some vegetables and boiled spinach. My main meal nutritionally looked like this:

Fat : 5g
Total Carbs: 7g
Fiber: 6g
Sugar: 2g
Protein: 55g
Today I haven't had my evening shake yet and I feel absolutely stuffed like I've binge eaten ALL day (which I have not!)
My evening meal today was Ox liver, mushrooms "fried" with ONE spray of fry light and a really good helping of broccoli. It looks like this nutritionally:

Fat: 14g
Total Carbs: 5g
Fiber: 10g
Sugar: 2g
Protein: 40g
Am I doing something wrong? What do your evening meals look like in the evening?
