Feeling guilty...

I hated the texture and wasn't keen on the taste either. I bought the one chopped into little squares. Maybe I'll give it another try.
 
I cook it in olive oil in a very hot wok, until its browned , then add the vegetables , and finally the sauce , absolutely love it , in wholemeal wraps

its my treat when my son visits , hes vegetarian otherwise i probably never would have tried it

i dont like the quorn mince though or burgers yuk
