Well over the weekend I have developed a really bad earache which has hurt my neck:cry: Feeling really ill today, now I could have thought bugger the diet but I didnt I am still being good which for me is a miracle, must be this place rubbing off on me

Just thought I'd share that with the class xx

I just got over a bad ear infection, affects your balance alot.
