Thanks both of you! I was so convinced I hadn't lost anything so it was a nice surprise. I think I'm just a bit wary of eating potatoes and pasta etc because they are so carby (yes that is a technical term haha) and I've got it ingrained in my head by CD that carbs = bad!! I think this week I need to up my water intake LOADS as I hardly drink anything. I think it will help with feeling bloated too
