Felix's new to SW diary!

Thanks both of you! I was so convinced I hadn't lost anything so it was a nice surprise. I think I'm just a bit wary of eating potatoes and pasta etc because they are so carby (yes that is a technical term haha) and I've got it ingrained in my head by CD that carbs = bad!! I think this week I need to up my water intake LOADS as I hardly drink anything. I think it will help with feeling bloated too :)

It will def help. Don't be frightened of anything on plan. Last week proved it works x enjoy it x

More water will definitely help! I don't drink enough either, especially when I think back to how much I used to drink on cd!!! X
 
Done our shop. Mostly just bought loads of veg! Whipped up a quick SW cooked breakfast for tea and it was luuuuuurvely!

I think I'll make a veg curry, pasta with bacon, OH has promised to make me a chilli this week because I've never had it! Ermmm jacket potato with beans. I have a veg stew pack too so need to do something with that :)

Today's menu:

Breakfast - weetabix with semi skimmed milk (HExA & B) and strawberries/grapes

Snack - banana

Lunch - mugshot, muller light, 2 oranges

For dinner im making chicken casserole with the stew pack I have. Being naughty and using a ready made sauce as I'm tired and not wanting to put much effort in to cooking! Going to have it with new potatoes. The sauce works out as 5syns each so not too bad :)

I am SO tired and got in from work and felt absolutely starving!! Had a drink of water and a satsuma and now considering having a nap on the sofa. Should really get tea sorted for when OH gets in at 8, but im fed up of cooking for him!! I want him to cook for once :( he's only working 4-8 too but I bet he complains if I ask him to make tea!

So tired and huuuuungryyyyyyy!!!!!

He's been promising to make me a chilli since we started SW last week! Im going to text him now and demand he cooks for me tonight :D
