Few questions

I'm currently on CD doing SS+... I ordered a few meals from S&S last night to have instead of chicken etc.

I'm just wondering how much S&S is a week? I currently pay £42 a week for CD and was wondering if I did like the meals and its cheaper it may be worth me swapping? What are the losses like on S&S?

Thanks x

The cheapest way to do S&S is via a monthly pack. The 4 per day pack is £125 for 28 days which provides all the nutrients you need etc without anything needed to be added. Or you can do the 3 per day and add a portion of protein per day. That's obviously cheaper for the packs but you'd need to factor in the cost of the protein. The cheapest way is to buy the men's 5 per day pack (the products are the same) and then you'll have extra products that will last you a few days longer. And you can specify the exact products and quantities you want by checking the option that says choose at checkout and then when the box pops up at checkout you can just list the products you want and the quantities of each.

Weight losses on all the VLCDs are much the same.

Losses on all VLCDs are similar so you should expect to lose the same amount. There are a number of people on here who have moved over from CD so hopefully one of those will be able to compare.

If you buy the men's 5 a day pack then each pack costs £1.07. It's the cheapest way to get the products. The fewer you buy the more expensive per pack. If you are on 3 packs a day plus protein meal version then it would be £22.47 a week for the packs, if on the full 4 packs (SnS is a 4 pack programme not 3 pack like CD) then it would be £29.96. In addition to the packs you can have 200g of certain vegetables a day and up to 150ml of milk.
