That's mostly right, but some of them do include cheese, for example the steak and cheese. If you go to the subway website you can check the nutritional info and it will tell you there if cheese is included in the values or not

The Popadoms you buy in Tesco are less PP's than the take away ones BTW. I bought them for Valentines, and calculated them using the NI. DELISH!! mmm.
