Been a bit of an odd weekend as I haven't felt very well so have been forcing myself to eat!

Couscous & yoghurt

2 slices ham, 2 slices chicken, 2 pickled onions, tomato, 2 crabsticks, babybel
1 voddie & diet coke
Sun
bacon, mush & tom buttie in wholemeal bread
shape zero

suppose it might help me with a loss in the morning though!
