FFF diary

Been a bit of an odd weekend as I haven't felt very well so have been forcing myself to eat!

Sat
Couscous & yoghurt
satsuma
banana
2 slices ham, 2 slices chicken, 2 pickled onions, tomato, 2 crabsticks, babybel
1 voddie & diet coke

Sun
bacon, mush & tom buttie in wholemeal bread
shape zero
banana

suppose it might help me with a loss in the morning though! ;)

6lbs off so very, very pleased! Feel a bit better today as well so foodwise it looks like this
B - couscous etc
L - chicken spinich potato curry
D - chicken salad

S - apple, banana, satsuma, plum

Well things have been a bit hectic and I've neglected this diary terribly! I've not been doing too bad though so we'll see what Monday brings and if I can move on from the STS I had last week. Today is going to have to be a day off plan as I'm going for an Italian meal tonight and the menu is definitely NOT SW friendly! I think I will start afresh tomorrow in here and see what weigh in on Monday brings ;)
