Fighting the Fat! :)

Hey rach! Ogosh i do look forward to your meals, always sound so delish, im not much of a yoghurt fan except natural ones but youve been tempting me to try those lemon curd ones, mind u i love lemon curd so i could get hooked to these. We're both on nights this week. Boo!! So not looking forward lol, il just punch the 3 nights out the way and enjoy my long weekend haha. Will have something else before I leave for work. I have also been to the gym earlier and did some cardio followed by weights. I do enjoy excercise so glad to get back to it :)

Learning to swim is on my agenda at some point! Lucky if I can manage two strokes and a bubble, it's pathetic.
Definitely gonna be trying that prawn,feta & lime pasta, it sounds delicious! x

how was your shift tamz? ok just woken up post nights and gotta do it all again tonight. Despite me taking food a big bag of cheesy doritos appeared (only crisp i'm a fiend for) well before i knew it a load slipped and fell in my mouth ;) oh and some rogue after 8s too. not big or clever. as a result i am mow feeling a bit sick actually. soooo unknown cals as yet today. will have a meal before work and i WILL stay aware from any treats tonight xx
 
Aww hun had a hard night, baby was ill and grumpy and i got emotional cos i hate seeing innocent babies ill, got home got no sleep, took neice to nursery in the big school, im her main carer and it was her 2nd day so wanted to see shes ok for this week. image-3665069137.jpg Bless her shes so exited lol. ah she is sooo cute! bless her. it wad ok not too many patients but we have some poorlies at the mo. have totted up the total and probs just under 1000.... oops. will have some soup now and something after 12 in work i think. got to try and salvage things xx

Aww thats hun, sounds like u had a good night then. Soup is such a god send when need to save on cals. Ive got my low cal snacks to munch on tonight lol. One more night after this, bring on friday morning lol. Xxx

Oh bless I only had 2 so I am finished nights now. But am doubling straight back in tomorrow on training.

So Girls I weighed a hour or so ago when I got up and scales say 1 lb off! :) this means I have officially lost my 6 Xmas pounds!! So pleased especially after my little indiscretion with the Doritos. So total loss is now 1 stone 4 pounds and I weigh 13 stone 7 pounds.

So far today I have had 632 cals

In Work- Heinz Chicken Soup (204) Followed by a Chocolate Crispy Square (153)
About 5am I had a slice of Iced fruit cake as think I was having a little sugar low and hadn't taken anything else with me. I end up feeling sick and giddy until I have something, felt much better after. made me realise I should have taken an emergency snack of some kind in my bag. (275)

For dinner now not too sure what to make as my delightful other half has come back with trout??? I don't know what to do with it or even how best to cook it?!

Aww well done on the loss, your well on ur way now, its so important taking in snacks while on nights, it does help with the brain function.

With regards to the trout, is that the boneles ones? I love trout. Its quite simple and youll enjoy it, just season it, normally salt, pepper and chilli powder or whatever seasons u fancy and fish dont take longer than 15-20 mins in a pre heated oven. Other alternative if its boneless i use to cook it in a pan with a little butter for about 5-7 mins each side. Lovely lol. Might get some trout soon. Mmmm yummy. Xxx

Ok food for today....
B- in a rush 2 slices toast with peanut butter and jam. 1st te ever trying peanut butter! I was sooo full after not sure why? (275)
L- Egg mayo sandwich on brown, made in a rush this morn. Alot of bread for me today (416)
D- 50g brown pasta with a quorn steak, red pesto and cheese (379)
S- snack size chocolate square (112)
Total- 1182
not too bad a day but no fruit or veg which is naughty. Have also been to the gym this afternoon as training finished early. Have taken some progress photos in my gym clothes and feel like i am starting to see some changes
