Hi Girls sorry again for the lack of updating! Have been mega busy and finished work 40 mins late today. Have been fully on track and counting, weighed this morning and saw a 2lb loss
have upped my veg and salad intake which i think has helped. Feeling positive at the moment and managed to avoid all the chocs, donuts, crisps and greggs at work today (not even a cheeky celebration passed my lips! :O ) Food today......

Morning Break- SW hifi bar and tangerine (110)
L- Tuna Crunch Pasta (tuna, mayo, brown pasta, red onion and red pepper) with a side salad (349)
D- Cod in parsley sauce on mashed potato with asparagus and brocolli (416)
Total - 1067
may have a snack before bed
All tasty today and have enjoyed. First time trying almond milk and I loved it. 1 stone 8 pounds to lose before Liverpool!
