Hi there, I've just signed up to WW online, paid the 3month subscription and plan to follow the Filling and Healthy plan too. I have 7 stone to lose. Lost over 7 stone years ago on a low carb diet, but started eating normally again and put it all back on. I like the idea of Filling and Healthy, but know that I've also done well on WW points in the past too, so if I feel it's not working I'll just change to points. I'm usually ok at sticking to diets, but when I get to my goal, I forget everything i've learned and go back to bingeing on crap, so hoping to do things differently this time. I usually set my self dealings to reach my goals too and if I don't meet them I beat myself up, so this time around I'll just take each day as it comes. Good Luck everyone!

Good morning Jenny, welcome to our threadGood Morning, im from swindon in the uk and im another filling and healthy newbie here with about 8stone to lose, I started the diet last Monday so weigh day is today, im determined that this is going to work for me this time after many years of failed diets, i have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and along side that Background diabetic retinopathy which basically is a problem with my eyes, if i lose weight and reduce the amount of sugar i put in my body then it can lay dormant but if i fail at this then it gets worse until i lose my sight....hence why im determined to make this work. Any advice, meal ideas would be great, come on Ladies LETS MAKE THIS THREAD WORK for us all, WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
