Filling and healthy newbee

Hi everyone.
I have recently changed over to the filling and healthy and would like anyone to join me on journey to chat about the plan. I have lots of weight to loose and hoping to stick to it this time. Can't believe your allowed bread and crumpets:)

F and h is very new to me also, I'm approaching my third week. Think I'm doing ok lol? lets do this !! X
 
I have lost 7.1 lb!!! Its been a bit hard trying to calculate things when the scanner doesn't work. I did get a few odd looks in the shop yesterday on my phone? !?
Here's too week 2...

I bought the actifry last night and love it! We had chips for dinner last night and again tonight. Can't believe they're free. They're delicious and so easy to make. Loving this diet! It's working out so easy to cook dinners for all of us, rather than separate dinners for me. I've got my 2 sisters on to it now too I think! :D

hi I'm really thinking about buying one as I hear so many good things about them would love to see some pictures of your chips before and after using the actifry, glad your finding this plan easy to follow this has been my first week so fingers crossed for my first weigh in tomorrow.
 
I'm very impressed with it so far. I was a bit wary of spending so much money, but I think it'll be worth it. I'll take some photos next time I make some (probably this evening lol!) It's my first weigh in tomorrow too. I'm getting nervous now. Good Luck tomorrow, and I'll post some pics of my chips soon! :D

Just weighed in and I'm over the moon to be 9.4lbs down! :D Can't believe it, as I've not stopped eating all week! x

yummy chips will defiantly be looking to get one once we have our kitchen done. well done on the weight lose this week that amazing!!
 
Hi all hope last week was a good week on plan and good luck for this week. Today was I'm dreaded first weigh in. I dont really feel like I've been on a diet this week so was convinced that I wouldn't really lose anything! But jumped on the scales and they don't lie 3lb off I could cry with joy that's amazing so happy with that. Note to self trust the plan ! Here's to another great week xxxx

Wow well done you;) that's a fantastic loss

I lost 2lbs this week. I have been eating so much this week scared that I wouldn't loose. X

Well done on your loss:) it's hard to believe we can eat all these foods and still lose weight:) not sure the science on it but hey if it works then that's all that matters. Let's put some food diaries up to see what people are eating x

May I join please? I am re-starting on WW tomorrow after trying over again and failing at SW miserably. I am actually going to follow the Simple Start plan that somebody posted on this section, and then do F&H in a week or so time.

It makes more sense to me, seems clearer than EE in sW which really got me confused lol!!

I'd like to say well done to you all on your losses - do any of you have any tips or even diaries.....my biggest problem is thinking of food and meals, I have no imagination whatsoever lol!

Looking forward to this journey although I know it is gonna be a long one!

x

hi more the merrier on this thread . I'm on my second week, this plan works for me so far compare to doing SW which I enjoyed but just never stuck it out too much to think about sometimes . Are you going to meetings or online member I've joined on line?

Tried meetings in the past, just never really liked them but now I work shifts so nearly impossible!!

Loving this food plan! Not bad for left overs lol sausage diced pork and veg broth 1pp for a whole pot full yum x

I used to go to SW meetings but just found them lacking and a little boring to be honest . I'm doing WW now for a change and cant believe how easy it is so far. It really fits in with our busy home life. What your favourite dishes so far I'm stuck on crumpets i love them with poached eggs on top. All the best kate .

I agree on the SW meetings. I always found them overly long and while I sometimes got some good ideas from them, they weren't really worth the time. I used to like WW meetings in the past, but I just don't have the time these days, so doing online at the moment too.

2.2lbs off this week, so that's 11.6lbs in 2 weeks! :O I'm amazed, as I feel like I'm eating all the time!! Loving this plan. I have a terribly sweet tooth, but haven't had any chocolate or sweets since I started, despite still having lots left over from Christmas! That's a first for me!! I'm putting it down to the fact that I can have a crumpet and Hartleys 0 pt jam when I need to satisfy my sweet tooth. :D

I've been feeling a bit bloated over the weekend though, not sure if I'm eating too much fruit (been having smoothies every day), or maybe carbs, so thinking of cutting them out for a few days to see how it goes.

That's a great weight loss I maintained this week, had two days where it went a little wrong with un plan events and I it was too late to cook something WW friendly so lesson learned just please I didn't put on stay on track so hopefully I see some movement on the scales in the down ward position lol . I love crumpets I've been trying all sorts of things on them and I'm even trying to come up with a dessert idea lol ( think I like them a lot lol) good luck this week x
