Filling and healthy

I'm a Gold member with 9lb to lose and determined to stop messing about so I'm trying a food diary. I've got 49 points a week and no counting F & H foods. Bad start today. It's WI on Friday mornings so had no breakfast and lunch- just 2 Venti Skinny Chai Lattes. I'm guessing they are 3 each so that's 6. Had white pasta 200g at 5 points plus tin of tomatoes and frozen mix of seafood, plus tabasco and tiny bit of low fat grated halumi. So that's 12 today. Not a good start. Tomorrow will be better. I spent last week saying I wasn't in the zone. This week I will try positive thinking. I AM in the zone so will do better tomorrow.
