So still sitting at 11.4.. It's definately slowing down it seems which is getting me down.
I miss the good ol' days where it was 3's & 4's a week.
Hoping by Wednesday i'm at 11.3 so i'd of lost 2lbs for the week..
Feeling a bit blah.. I just want to get to my goal before the 15th of April! Sigh..
Keep going hun. Your so close!!! What step you on? I started step 2 last week and lost 4, doing it this week too and then moving to step 3 next week. I've 9lb left to lose x
I'm on step 3 honey.. Lost 2lbs, then 5lbs and then just 1lb last week..
I've weighed myself and right now it looks like just another 1lb so hoping at least I do another by Wednesday.
It's a lot of money to spend for a 1lb loss a week thats all.
Well done though lovely! I have 4lbs until goal and its just taking forever.

After speaking to my friend who's a personal trainer, he has recommended that I have a day off plan to speed up my metabolism.
So if I lose just a pound again tomorrow i'll do this on Saturday.
I only have 4lbs to go its so frustrating. I'm not in ketosis anymore on step 3 & do eat a little carbs a day so shouldn't in-fluctuate that much before I lose.
Sigh..
I'm so frustrated.
The thing is I don't want to talk to my CDC about it as I know she'll complain.
I'm going on holiday on the 15th so can't cut out carbs for too long as I don't want to gain a whole load on holiday when I reintroduce carbs if you know what I mean?
That's a tricky one. I'd maybe do a few days just to kick start you body and then back to step 3. I can't wait for step 3, the breakfast will feel like a right treat!!! X
Awww chin up girl! Look at how far you've come already! Maybe just don't stress about it too much, have the cheat day and I'm sure once you pull back the calories after the cheat, you will kickstart the weight loss again xx
