My leader has finally got back to me regarding my using SF or PP. Basically said it was up to me but thought it might be best to try PP first as she had more advice for that. Emailed her back to see if the class is on this week and then when its back after xmas. All being well will start this Thurs. If not will be after new year. Really looking forward to more weight coming off.
