Fiona's weekly weigh in

Thank you Lynne. Weighed in at 197 this morning so 6lbs off exactly this week. Very pleased. Need to exercise more this week only did one session last week as got bitten by the 3 yo horse and had an extremely sore biceps and a cricked neck. Got to train for my first 10k in May
 
Oh dear. Bet you've got an awful bruise. Well done on your weight loss. !0k in May - very impressive! I can remember when you started running!
 
I never do enjoy the weather at this time of year - roll on Summer! I'm sure you'll do really well in the 10k!
 
Weight loss stubborn this week however did go out and run for 30 mins yesterday after a long break. Don't remember a mile being quite so far but could still run
