Sorry if this is a repeat but everytime I searched I couldn't find the info. Am searching on phone though not sure how limiting this is. I have 19 points left and have a daily of 36. Am I suppose to have them all? Can't face eating this late. All advice or a nudge in the right direction of an existing post would be very greatly appreciated x

Its ok to leave one or two occasionally but thats it. Eating only 17 points means you only had around 700 calories and your body would start to go into a state of starvation x
 
Yes you are meant to eat all your Dailey points, you can leave a few if your full/don't want them but your not meant to leave that many
 
Try to eat them all or most.

It can be easy to put the 'diet head' on and not eat much to start wit, especially if WW is new to you. Try having more protein or semi skimmed milk/full fat cheeses.
 
I remember when I started, i struggled to have all my daily pp so had to have WW choc bars and stuff in the evening to reach the total. However, after forcing myself to have lots of my weeklies for the last few weeks (to see how it affected my weight loss) I have struggled sticking to 26pp again (though managed Mon-Thurs... was only Fri & potentially Sat that I went over slightly).

I agree - if you are still struggling next week then I agree just have some higher pp foods. Or have a pitta/petit pain with dinner or non-ww food :)
