First day and COUNTING!!

Self sabotage is something a lot of us have to deal with. Step back up on the wagon and move on - you could always make yourself a little low carb lemon cheesecake if the urge hits again.
 
It only hit coz OH was having one and had bought a box of 2. Grrrrr! Should have had my strawberries instead :(
 
Sympathise with the 'park' issue im finding that im not visiting the park as much as i used to before atkins. Dont worry about the blip start again tomorrow! My oh always needs to have sweet stuff in the evening cake, chocolate cheesecakes i dont let him sabotage me with his vices, its hard, i have a very sweet tooth. Its not easy but you will get there
 
Afternoon hun - and I agree completely with the others, we all have blips - I live on my own and still do it,so I can only imagine how hard it can be with ah OH eating carby stuff around you.

Just draw a line under it, shoulders back and move on :)

And ML is right, you can make a lovely cheesecake that's legal - I mix some flaxmeal with melted butter and sweetener for the base, pop in the fridge. Then mix about a third of a pack of cream cheese with your preferred flavouring (I've done orange, lime - using lime juice - and chocolate) and more sweetener if you want it. Spread on top of the base, chill and enjoy :)

There's always a low carb alternative to the carby things you always fancy! :)

And guess what! Today I visited THE PARK!! WEEEOOOHHHH!

Food today: chicken, cauliflower and brocoli mash and cabbage with gravy. I also had my allowed 8 strawberries with soured cream.


Didn't eat too much as very bloated today and OH Has promised to keep his treats at work hehe!!
 
Mmmm sounds lovely - I've never tried broccoli mash, how was it?

And lol - well done on the walk :) Re the bloating, see if you can up the water, that should help.
 
Welcome Zen, Don't worry too much about sabotage, we all do it at some point. Good luck with your first WI.

I know your supposed to give up caffeine, but I have to confess I never did.
