Self sabotage is something a lot of us have to deal with. Step back up on the wagon and move on - you could always make yourself a little low carb lemon cheesecake if the urge hits again.
Sympathise with the 'park' issue im finding that im not visiting the park as much as i used to before atkins. Dont worry about the blip start again tomorrow! My oh always needs to have sweet stuff in the evening cake, chocolate cheesecakes i dont let him sabotage me with his vices, its hard, i have a very sweet tooth. Its not easy but you will get there
Afternoon hun - and I agree completely with the others, we all have blips - I live on my own and still do it,so I can only imagine how hard it can be with ah OH eating carby stuff around you.

And ML is right, you can make a lovely cheesecake that's legal - I mix some flaxmeal with melted butter and sweetener for the base, pop in the fridge. Then mix about a third of a pack of cream cheese with your preferred flavouring (I've done orange, lime - using lime juice - and chocolate) and more sweetener if you want it. Spread on top of the base, chill and enjoy
There's always a low carb alternative to the carby things you always fancy!
