Start 16.10, last weigh in I was 15.5.5 and 9.7 is my goal!!! I have been cheating a bit though and a few nights off here and there so think that's why my losses haven't been as big. No more cheating now!!!
week 1 - 10lbs
week 2 - 4lbs
week 3 - +3.5lbs (after a few days off plan)
week 4 - 4.5lbs
week 5 - 3.5lbs (18.5lb total lost so far)
