First Day.

Well, I started the tablets this morning and all seams well so far.

I have my Slimming World weighin tomorrow so i will count tomorrow as my starting weight on Xenical. I am hoping i have lost something tomorrow anyway as i have been good all week in order to get the tablets off the doctor.

I am unsure wether i should tell the SW Leader that i have started taking xenical, have any of you who go to a sliming class mentioned it to your leaders ?

Come home from work and hubby and I have been out on the bikes for a good hour. Not been on them for a week or so but were going to try and get out as much as possible.
Pee'd it down tho as we were half way home and its all up hill to our house so i had to get off and push!! haha.. It only cos the rain was obscuring my sight, nothing to do with the big steep hill we were going up.. honest...!

Haha, it's typical for it to rain as soon as you make an effort to get outdoors! Cycling is great though, the more exercise you do, the better results you'll get on weigh-in day x

Welcome to the forum! Goodluck with the tablets!! You'll do great on them!! & goodluck with SW.

I remember when I first starting taking them.... I was crapping myself (not literally but ya know what I mean), was so nervous just waiting for a dreaded side effect..... but 2 months down & not one horrible side effect! THANK GOD!!!

Enjoy the bikes!! I dont think I could ride a bike to save my life! The bike at the gym is enough for me... and even that kills between my legs/butt *ouch*
