Would be very grateful for any comments on my Diary today as I am unable to attend a meeting (there isn't one where I live) and I am following the programme using information picked up off the internet.
Not really sure which SW plan I'm doing - advice on that would be appreciated too. I am 13.5lbs and only 5 foot 4 so need to lose a fair few stones.
B'fast - None
Lunch - Jacket Potato with baked beans, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. 1oz of cheddar cheese
Snack - Cherries and cubes of mango
Dinner - Quorn pepper steaks (2) with a lot of Kale. Muller Fat Free Yoghurt
I'm not sure about supper as not entirely sure what I am still allowed to eat.
