Hi everyone just started liptrim today. Been hard day as still had to cook for my hubby and daughter but have been really strong. And stuck to it. Have had a slight headache and been drink plenty of water feeling really tired now like could go to bed and stay there till the morning. This is a great support site knowing ur not the only one doing it. I need to do this bad as really want another baby. Xx

Thanks Emmy doing really well. How much water do u drink a day Hun? As I have been told not to drink anymore water then 4 litre that's including teas and coffees. How long have u been on it Hun? Xx
