Thanks! So I was reading some other diaries last night and started to think about what may also have changed
My weight, I started to change shape when my parents split up... Aha! Perhaps that is something I need to explore.

So anyway got a portable shaker to have a shake for lunch, 1.5 litres water down already x
 
Good Morning Paula,

How are you getting on? I presume you are day one today, I don't really like the bars, I prefer the milkshakes as I can drink them down quickly and thats it. Not keen on the soups either ( Yuck)
Aside from all that I felt so in control my first week it felt so good, I was hungry and yes I di crave stuff but the thought of a good loss spurred me on. I am doing another 3 days ( after a silly weekend) and then off on hols so I hope when I get back I can come on and see what good losses you have had .

Ive only just got home from work, but got a small chicken breast in the oven (im doing a mix of TS and adding 1 v low carb low fat meal when my schedule allows)
so today:

Choc orange bar

Choc Shake

Chicken on salad leaves, low fat M&S house dressing

Will have mushroom soup later if i'm still hungry

Total 856 cals

Drink: 2 x cups of tea, 2 black coffees, 3 litres of water
 
DAY ONE

200 Cal Chicken with salad leaves, low fat m&s house dressing

mushroom soup

2 x coffees, 2 x teas, 3 litres water



Got a bit of tummy ache, have read that it may be because of the vitamins and minerals and my stomach not being used to it, so im gonna have some coke zero or water and then have a bath before bed :p
 
i was wondering about diet coke/coke zero as its not got any calories in it

im usually a diet coke girl but apparently coke zero is better, also diet dr pepper has no citric acid, to be honest though i bought a bottle of San Pelligrino fizzy water today and i ADORE it.

yeah i may "supplement" my diet with coke zero and diet dr pepper LOL so I am really happy. good luck paula how you finding the hunger or you ok?
 
i'm ok actually, ive been sipping water and just trying not to think about it, i used to be fond of atkins and the such so i *know* how easy it is when you are in ketosis, for me its like i just dont care about food anymore.
 
Day 2

Woke up feeling very awake indeed, and not hungry, good signs.

No pink on my strips yet. resisted the scales.

Breakfast: Vanilla Shake made with hot coffee actually very nice, tasted like a vanilla latte, very icecreamy!
 
the dress is gorgeous, but more than anything its the body lol

Slight headache, going to go and organise my dressing room to keep busy.. got a Doctors appointment at 5pm, to have my coil removed, not very happy as i *know* it will hurt alot, and also unsure if the pill she started me on a month ago is right for me as ive had a period mid way through the current pack?

Will also discuss with her the diet, i hope she is supportive, but if not i wont let it get me down.
