I'm just back from the supermarket having done my first shop since starting SW yesterday. I think it's going to take a while to get in tune with not lifting all my favourite things automatically, I had to catch myself on a few times this evening.
The supermarkets also don't help by putting big bags of crisp and sweets at on offer at the end of the aisles!
Still it's all a learning curve, and it'll be worth it in the end! (i'd still kill for one of those big bags of crisps though....
