Hey Lyndsey, sounds like you're going really well on your diets. I like the breaking down of targets to achieve the final goal - I guess half my problem is looking at the target figure as some unobtainable figure that is so far in the distance. I have been using a different diet for the last 3 months and have seen some good results (I've been using Slim Wise Ketone pills that were recommended to me by a friend - 8 lbs in just over a month), but I never found that kind of 'energy surge' that I've heard about on so many of these kinds of forums. What I found is that sometimes the activity needs to come before the realisation of energy occurs. Taking the first few steps jogging (my preferred routine) can be the toughest part of the entire workout. What I mean by that is by cracking open that yoga DVD and urging yourself to take those extra few steps after a long day unlocks more energy and you will find that you can exercise for longer. This does boost endorphins and waken your system up though, so don't leave it too late at night to do some good exercise - first thing in the morning is ideal for yoga, but that's easier said than done!
