First time on slimfast

Im on day 2 of slim fast. In the past I've tried ww and sw but always seem to lose my motivation. I've been using MFP but have hit a plateau after just a st. I've got my twins first birthday/christening and my birthday in just over 7 weeks so would love to lose as much as possible. I usually do 2 exercise classes a week but I've also ordered 30 day shred to help as well. I've got about 6 stone to lose a total.

Are you able to eat any extra calories when exercising or can I just bank them all? Sorry if this seems a bit mismashed. Lol. Xx
 
I would say with exercise calories it depends on how low it would take your over all calorie intake to. Generally I swim twice a week and I like to eat probably just under 1/2 of the cals back. And I tend to eat fruit as those cals.
I've done ww and sw and wondered if I could stick to sf as I do love my food but I find it suits me well and after a month I'm still going strong! Hope you do really well on sf x
