First week done!!

Also on day three! Would love an amazing loss- I'm scared of weigh in already! I keep thinking what if my loss is no different to what it would have been on ww or sw? After all this? Xx
 
Thanks everyone, its so encouraging reading all the replies! I have to say its hard in the first few days but after you get over the initial hunger its fab! My tip would be always try to drink as much water as poss. I have 2 x 1.5 ltr bottles in my fridge, usually Tesco strawberry water so it has a bit of flavour! I know when Ive drunk both Ive had enough water and anything else on top is a bonus, like a coffee or two. Usually have a can of coke zero in the afternoon or at night as a "treat" even though you are allowed them haha! I crumbled on Tuesday and lastnight as I wasnt feeling well at all and had some salad and potatoes for my tea so not totally 100% this week but Im not beating myself up about it! I feel better now and will be back on 100% from today! Keep up the good work folks! xx
 
That is amazing Hun, very well done! I am starting next month after I give birth and I am so looking forward to any type of loss! Keep us posted xx
