first weigh in at docs

first weigh in at docs, i weigh 13st according to their scales. she was happy that i'd lost 3lb since i last went. i told her about this site too and she took a note of it and also told her about the MAP packs. she said she'd had another patient in who'd had an accident but that was because she was eating rubbish so i think she'll be recommending the site nad MAP packs to other people on it now

it's two weeks tomorrow, my scales weigh me at 12st 12lb.. but then i only weigh in underwear first thing on a morning!!
