First weigh in

[Short for my weight]

I am so chuffed!! Today was my first weigh in since starting with Xenical on 22nd July and I have lost 10lbs!!!
I know it's early days and that I probably wont lose as much in the future but I haven't felt so positive and confident in years.

My GP was really pleased and was very interested when I told her about this site she thinks it's a brilliant idea.

Your inspiration and advice has been amazing - thank you all very much.

Hi everyone, Thanks so much for your encouragement and kind words.

I have decided to follow your lead and post some of my targets for everyone to see so that I have to try and achieve them- here goes

half a stone down - done (25/08/09)
a stone down
5% of body weight down
stone and a half down
10% of body weight down
two stones down
two and a half stone down
three stones down

I will keep you updated with how I get on.
