Hi, everyone just had my first weigh in and Ive lost 7lb!! I'm so happy this is my first week calorie counting and its been hard going sometimes, but now I've got a better idea of portions and what I can eat its getting better. I've been to the gym (scary) and also used the wii fit so I'm looking forward to weekend!!
I've just got to stick with it now once I can get past 2 weeks (which is when I often give up) I'll be able to carry on. I'm getting a pedometer for mothers day so I hope I can keep going.
