Hey Everyone!!
Just did my first weigh in and was kinda disappointed. After reading about so many great losses in the first week...
I lost 3kgs, which is 6.61lbs (I'm a metric kinda gal)
However I measured myself and have shred 7.8cms round my waist! So that part is fabulous!!!
I'm not 100% sure I'm in ketosis (how can you tell? I did get the metallic taste in my mouth a few times but it doesn't last, I'm not overly hungry most of the time....)
Regardless I'll start exercising this week - something I've been itching to do all week! I'm sure that'll help with the inches anyway!!!
So week 1 - mixed bag... Happy with the cm loss. Happy for the weight loss
